Roberto Alomar accused by his wife

Roberto Alomar, the former baseball player who was facing some charges from his former girlfriend. He has been accused by another woman who filed the lawsuit against him by stating that he had unprotected sex with her even after knowing that he was suffering from HIV and this time the woman is none other than his wife, Maria Del Pilar.

Maria has filed her divorce papers against Roberto in a Florida divorce court and she claimed that her husband intentionally sexed with her while carrying the HIV.

She stated that Roberto knew prior to have his first sex encounter that he was having HIV positive but he not only sexed unprotected with her but also told that he has all his test examined and he found his HIV test negative.

Maria has claimed almost same charges that has been claimed by the former girl friend named Llya Dall who filed the same charges against Alomar that he had sexed with her unprotected while knowing that he was carry HIV.

Although the lawyer of Alomar has claimed that the charges of her former girlfriend were simply baseless and the case was settled down last May but this time the case has been filed by his wife. She claimed in her divorce papers that her husband put her life in danger while having unprotected sex with her.
