Lady GaGa has reportedly been booked for another class act – i.e. a courtroom show down over Japanese Earthquake Charity Scam!
RadarOnline is reporting the 25 year old Poker Face hitmaker is set to face a lawsuit for ripping off her own Japanese earthquake charity. According to a message on 1-800-LAW-FIRM, GaGa has been booked on a class action lawsuit, filed against her by the claimants insisting she scammed money from the sale of her We Pray for Japan wristbands which should have gone to the victims of the disaster.
With $3.99 for shipping and handling, Gaga charged $5 for the wristbands and another $0.60 for taxes. But the law firm claims she inflated the costs and pocketed the extra cash, further refusing to reveal how much of the $5 actually goes to the Japanese victims.
“I’m suing Lady Gaga simply to hold her accountable for giving the money that she was raising for charity to the cause that she was trying to raise it for,” said the attorney for 1-800-LAW-FIRM Ari Kresch.
1-800-LAW-FIRM is based in Southfield, Michigan.
No word from GaGa’s people so far.

If this is true than it the worst side of Lady Gaga. But before reaching to any conclusion I would like Wokay.Com to prob the matter thoroughly and give a detailed report from all available sources. Also look into the lawyer/ law firm. I hope that my favorite Lady Gaga will be clean handed. My fingers are crossed.
