Suzanne Shaw bids farewell to soap opera Emmerdale

The 29-year-old English actress/singer bid farewell to the famous ITV’s soap opera Emmerdale.

The sexy siren Suzanne Shaw decided to quit Emmerdale because she wanted to spend more time with her family.

The ‘Dancing on Ice’ winner Shaw’s last appearance on the soap opera will be in this summer.

Suzanne who portrayed the character on Eve Jenson on the ITV’s famous soap opera, wants to spend more time with her 36-year-old DJ Jason King and her 6-year-old son Corey from former husband Darren Day.

Talking to the British newspaper ‘The Sun’, she said ‘They must come first.’

‘I’ll leave the show in the summer.

‘I have thoroughly enjoyed playing Eve and have been lucky to have had some incredible storylines and I’ll miss the cast and the crew.’

Stuart Blackburn the producer of the soap opera said ‘Suzanne has been a valued member of the cast and was at the forefront of one of our biggest stories last year. She will be greatly missed.’
