Since its launch, social networking website, Facebook has continuously increased its popularity. Everyday millions of people around the world sign up for Facebook. Numerous other websites such as MySpace, Twitter etc followed the footsteps of Facebook and were launched after it.
Despite serving the same purpose, they have not come anywhere near Facebook in terms of popularity and customer satisfaction. It was developed by two very good friends and immensely talented guys; Duardo Saverin and Mark Zuckerberg. Eduardo Saverin is the owner of only 5 percent of the shares where as the rest of them are owned by his partner, Mark.
Eduardo recently filed a lawsuit against his friend and business partner Zuckerberg. He accused Mark for not giving him the due amount of shares. He said that he provided the initial money to initiate this project; owning only 5 percent of the shares is unfair for someone who made it possible at the first place. Frugalities of his allegations are being talked about all over the media.
It is reported that the actual person to blame for the fight between the owners is Eduardo. He used to advertise his own side businesses on Facebook without consulting his business partner. Once Mike deplored such acts, Saverin decided to sue him in the court in order to remove any hindrance between him and his business. All the Facebook users around the world have become really relentless since they heard this news.
The fate of the most amazing social networking site, once again lies in the hands of its founders. We hope that Eduardo Saverin soon reaches a truce with Mike and things return to normal.
