According to a recent recession review statement issued by the National Bureau of Economic Research, a Cambridge-based non-profit research organization, the long-prevailed American recession officially ended in June 2009!

The NBE’s report is entirely based only on personally gathered numbers and also on some statistical facts like the Dow Jones’ rising industrial average and the fact that many US companies have been posting positive earnings reports for past few months. But all these indicators are surely not enough to issue any report, are they?

Well, taking all this ‘Recession Over’ excitement spread by the NBE researchers as a joke and only in theoretical form, then yes it is true and we all are willing to believe it.

However, only if the researchers at National Bureau of Economic are serious about their statement and firmly believe that the recession has actually ended, then surely they do need to step out of their luxury apartments and meet the millions of unemployed citizens of America, who are not yet willing to believe this ‘Recession Over’ drama just because of the fact that if the recession period has certainly ended over a year ago, then why they can’t see any positive change in their lives and why numerous statistical analysis are still showing a high unemployment rate, that is still rising higher and higher!

What do you think about this ‘Recession Over’ statement issued by the NBE?
