1. Free Trial & Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users to fully explore and test our service before subscribing. Since you can try before you buy, we do not offer refunds on paid subscription plans.

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or where required by applicable law.

2. Billing & Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Wokay until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@wokay.com. Our team will assist you promptly. Cancellations take effect immediately, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Payments for partial months, unused features, or inactive accounts are non-refundable.
